Ahmad Qarliff graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). Started as a Legal Assistant in a legal firm in Petaling Jaya, he focused in conveyancing and corporate real estate works. Due to his passion and excellent job delivery even with his young age and years of practice which is still at the early stage, he was entrusted to handle a huge integrated development project in cheras by a very well known developer which consists of service apartments, shopping mall and retail office without having the need of the developer to appoint any other panel solicitors.

He has acted and advised on numerous property-related transactions including residential, commercial and retail property projects, sale and purchase of properties of various types in the secondary market involving both individuals and corporations and acquisition of properties disposed in auctions and private treaty and attributed to the preparation of banking instruments and documentation relating to property and real estate transactions. He is also very familiar with the requirements and the documentation for housing loans approved by the Government of Malaysia.


Zakiul Halim Bin Mazlan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia (“UUM”). Heading towards his triumph of his career, he acquired intensive training and knowledge in drafting agreements, loan documents and conducting trials for both civil and criminal matters.

Upon being called to the Malaysian Bar on 21st August 2015, he continued to practice as a Legal Assistant in a legal firm in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, and narrowing his focus in banking litigation works emphasizes litigation that related to bankruptcy and foreclosure.

Due to his outstanding performance, excellent job delivery and respected professionalism, Zakiul Halim Mazlan was then admitted as a Partner at Messrs Qarliff & Associates in July, 2017.

His management and publicity skills were then made him to be the anchor of management of Litigation Department. He is also a strong believer that one should always contribute towards the betterment of society.


Amir Munzir Bin Shariffuddin is a graduate from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) (Shah Alam campus) and he is a degree holder of Bachelor of Legal Studies (BLS) (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons). In February, 2012, he commenced his chambering at Messrs Rusmah Arunan & Associates (Dang Wangi, KL branch) under the supervision and guidance from Dato Dr. Arunan A/L Selvaraj, the managing partner of the firm.

Throughout the nine months chambering period, Mr Amir has been entrusted to handle quite a number of files relating to consumer and business financing transaction and loan documentation, mainly acting for HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad.

Mr Amir was then called to the Malaysian Bar in January, 2013.

In February 2013, Messrs The Chambers of Lee was the first firm that Mr Amir started practise as a Legal Assistant. He has been tasked to handle real-estate transaction and agreement relating to the Under Construction sale and purchase agreement. The firm was the panel lawyer in-charge for many projects developed by TSR Ocean Park Sdn Bhd and PJD Group.

Besides that, the firm also assigned Mr Amir to handle most of the sub sale and purchase agreements including the financing transaction and loan documentation as the firm comprises only 2 partners and Mr Amir was the only Legal Assistant.

In the early month of September, 2013, Mr Amir had been offered and started to work as Legal Assistant for Messrs Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners (KL branch). He was responsible to handle all types of financing transactions and loan documentation related to Under Construction sale and purchase agreement, sub sale and purchase agreement, refinancing as well as perfection of charge. Mr Amir was given the portfolio to act for RHB/RHB Islamic Bank, OCBC/OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad, Alliance/Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad and Hong Leong/Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad.

Due to the dedication, determination and commitment shown by Mr Amir while working with the firm from day one, he was then been offered to joined a new branch at Kota Damansara, Selangor in October, 2016. He was largely made responsible to handle all real-estate transaction files including the financing transaction and loan documentation for almost all major banks in Malaysia and as the branch growth progressively, Mr Amir was also responsible to supervise each and every staffs and new lawyers working there until his resignation at the end of October, 2018.

On the 1st day of November, 2018, Mr Amir has joined the firm alongside Mr Qarliff and Mr Zakiul Halim as a partner. Apart from handling conveyancing matters and files, he is also starting to venture into contentious-civil claims and non-contentious claims.


Nur Atiqah Binti Mohd Marzlan graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with LLB (Hons) in 2012 and Diploma Lepasan Ijazah Syariah & Amalan in 2013. She was called to the Bar in September 2013.

In 2014,she started her practise in general litigation in Messrs Lope Maizura . She gained her experience in conducting trial and preparing submission for litigation matter and also handling files for non-contentious and contentious matter.

Later in August 2016, she joined Messrs Chung, Huang & Khalid (Klang Branch). She has been entrusted to handle the Klang Branch and attends to conveyancing and banking matters.

In November 2019, she decided to join Messrs Qarliff & Associates as a Partner. She is well versed in conveyancing practice i.e sales and purchase of property with or without title and banking transactions.


Nurul Aliah Binti Nik Mohd Hasyudeen graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a LL.B (Hons). During her university days, she completed a three-month law attachment programme at Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) where she was under the policy making team and was exposed generally to contract law, policy drafting and preparation of legal advice.

Upon graduated on 2018, she commenced her chambering at Messrs Azwan & Azman where she was firstly exposed for Conveyancing. Throughout the nine months pupillage period, she has been assigned to handle quite a number of files relating to sub sale other than she was taught to several civil matters. She was called to the Malaysian Bar on the 20th of September 2019.
